Maintain all HVAC materials for the pending project. | Must have a working knowledge of HVAC industry and must be adept at reading blue prints to locate HVAC related items and create the material list needed for specific projects. Must be well versed in the use of HVAC tools and equipment. Minimum experience 2-4 years |

V | Oversee entire project. Maintain all materials and associates. Train and direct associates. Create HVAC material list from blue prints. Order all HVAC materials for the pending project. Plan and lead project meetings with associates. Communicate directly with General Contractors and Engineers. Ensure compliance with OSHA Regulations. | Must be skilled in the HVAC industry. Possess the ability to oversee all aspects of an active HVAC project. Supervise associates, read blue prints, and identify well in advance the materials that will be needed. Well versed in the use of HVAC tools and equipment as well as knowing the uses and specs for the equipment being used. As a Level V associate you are responsible for the cost effective installation for each project supervised. Minimum experience 5-10 years |
