Larry Batchelor Mechanical, LLC D/B/A Mills Heating & Air Commercial Installation Advancement Levels Promotions will be offered at 90 days based on performance evaluations.
I	Assist others in the field with basic tasks.	18 yrs of age, read, write, understand, and follow basic instructions.		No tools necessary
II	Assist others in the field with basic HVAC tasks.	18 yrs of age, read, write, understand, and follow basic instructions. Must have some knowledge of the HVAC working environment. No formal education required		Tool Bag Snips Measuring tape Drill (working) Staple Gun Duct Knife Tongs Hammer
III	Oversee and direct Level I & II associates when required. Read blue prints.	18 yrs of age. Must have some knowledge of HVAC with the ability to read, write, and understand the HVAC industry, as well as the ability to understand basic blue prints in order to locate HVAC portion of work on a project site. Minimum 1 yr prior experience		Tool Bag Snips Measuring tape Drill (working) Staple Gun Duct Knife Tongs Hammer
IV	Oversee Level I, II & III associates. Direct associates when required. Create HVAC material list from blue prints. Maintain all HVAC materials for the pending project.	Must have a working knowledge of HVAC industry and must be adept at reading blue prints to locate HVAC related items and create the material list needed for specific projects. Must be well versed in the use of HVAC tools and equipment. Minimum experience 2-4 years		Measuring tape Drill (working) Staple Gun Duct Knife ALL other tools that are required to layout and lead HVAC projects.
V	Oversee entire project. Maintain all materials and associates. Train and direct associates. Create HVAC material list from blue prints. Order all HVAC materials for the pending project. Plan and lead project meetings with associates. Communicate directly with General Contractors and Engineers. Ensure compliance with OSHA Regulations.	Must be skilled in the HVAC industry. Possess the ability to oversee all aspects of an active HVAC project. Supervise associates, read blue prints, and identify well in advance the materials that will be needed. Well versed in the use of HVAC tools and equipment as well as knowing the uses and specs for the equipment being used. As a Level V associate you are responsible for the cost effective installation for each project supervised. Minimum experience 5-10 years		Measuring tape Drill (working) Staple Gun Duct Knife ALL other tools that are required to layout and lead HVAC projects.
